To register an account with 99ox, you must provide accurate and truthful information. The name, address, date of birth, and contact details you submit at registration must be genuine and correct.
Each person is permitted to hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be immediately closed and their balances may be forfeited.
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the 99ox support team immediately.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Always double-check the odds, stake, and selections before placing your bet. 99ox will not be held responsible for any incorrectly placed bets.
Odds in live betting can change at any moment. 99ox reserves the right to adjust odds at any time. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 99ox reserves the right to void the affected bets.
If a match is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, bets on that match will generally be refunded. However, if a certain amount of play has been completed after the match starts, the result may stand — specific rules apply for each sport.
Deposits on 99ox can be made via mobile banking, bank transfer, or approved e-wallets. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment method.
Your KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawals from verified accounts are generally processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may require an additional 1–3 business days.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. This is part of our anti-money laundering policy.
99ox supports transactions in BDT. Transactions in other currencies may be subject to applicable exchange rates and service charges.
Every 99ox bonus offer is subject to specific terms and conditions. Reading the full terms of an offer before claiming it is mandatory.
Most bonuses carry a specific wagering requirement. For example, a 100 BDT bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place 1,000 BDT in bets before you can withdraw.
To earn a referral bonus, the referred person must open a new account and complete their first deposit. Any attempt to claim referral bonuses through fake accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
